Support Workers

We are seeking fun, energetic, and adaptable individuals to join our team, providing support to people living with Autism and/or Learning Difficulties at our residential service in Goole. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting service users with daily tasks to promote independence while ensuring they enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.
Responsibilities:
Support and Assistance: Provide focused support to service users, emphasizing accessible information, decision-making, and promoting advocacy or self-advocacy.
Individualized Care: Offer tailored support to enhance the well-being and independence of service users. Facilitate engagements with peers and the local community, allowing for personal development as much as they wish.

Location and Accessibility: The residential service is conveniently located with public transport links along the local bus route, and train connections are available.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Desirable but not essential qualifications include NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
Driving License: A driving license is essential.
